Payment CenterA retainer fee of $120 or 50% of the total estimate (whichever is larger) is due in advance. The remainder will be due when the project is complete unless other arrangements are made in writing. For projects with a total estimate of $120 or less, the retainer must be paid in advance, and a refund of the difference will be given upon completion.
