Some minor changes that occur very rarely (change a phone # or a photo) may be provided free of charge. If you want to be able to update your own content regularly without employing a full-time web designer, then a database-driven site is the way to go. You can simply get on the internet from anywhere in the world and change an entry in the database. The web page will be automatically updated.
