Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We work with you and ensure that we have a clear understanding of exactly what you want. Once we start working on your project, you will be able to follow the progress through a link that we will provide for you. You may receive a refund if we do not satisfactorily perform the services you hired us to do, and you request a refund in writing (e-mail counts) before the project is complete. Due to the nature of the services we provide, no refunds will be given once the project is complete.


Intellectual Property

In the event that someone requests a refund, the intellectual property developed by Q Web Designs (and our partners/affiliates) remains the property of Q Web Designs. The client does not have any rights to use or copy that intellectual property. Examples of intellectual property include but are not limited to videos, programming code, graphics, logos, photographs, jingles etc..


About This Policy

The presence of this policy does not suggest that Q Web Designs has had any unhappy clients. The company that we process credit cards through requires everyone to have a refund policy displayed on the business web site. We have been building web sites since 2006, and are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. To date, we have had no complaints and no refund requests.
